When it comes to healthy aging, the science is very strongly in favor of the benefits of regular exercise.

While working at Pitt, I taught the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program to diverse groups of older adults.

I plan to use those principles to craft a fitness program that is tailored to your needs and abilities.

The program includes elements of;

-Strength Training

-Aerobic Training

-Stretching & flexibility

-Relaxation Techniques
